On one end of our ecosystem we have our Enterprise Partners, typically major airlines or significant hotel chains, defined as partners consuming our API.
At the other end are our Service Partners, integrated into our platform and providing a comprehensive selection of ground transport and hospitality providers, as well as location-relevant content and information.
Yilu was born in the digital innovation units of the Lufthansa Group and still enjoys the backing of one of the largest airlines in the world.
As a stand-alone legal entity, our roadmap is validated by extensive user and market research. In fact, 1,400+ quantitative and 100+ in-depth qualitative interviews have helped shape our beliefs and validate our hypotheses.
